The only shared area is the outdoor fire pit. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or planning a group getaway, our property provides the ideal setting for both. Enjoy the freedom of your own space while still having the option to connect with others.
Guests have access to 186 Banning Lane and the shared firepit with the two other airbnb's just down the hill. We have a basement storage area if you need to store bikes or anything. Just let us know and we can get you the code to get you access.
Hosts are available if needed. Key Code doors makes check-in / check-out a breeze. If you need anything at all, just send us a message in the airbnb app.
We do have a waterfall on site the is viewable just beyond the fire pit. There is a trail on the property, but the bridge on the trail hasn't been completed yet, so please don't walk on it. The firewood for the firepit isn't for the stuv fireplace.
Hi there! Just a quick reminder that we're on a septic system, so please don’t put anything besides water down the drains—no grease, wipes, or anything else.
Also, for any muddy or messy cleanups, feel free to use the darker towels located in the upper laundry room cabinet. Please help us keep the white towels fresh for shower use only.
